Narcissister Automata with Praxinoscope (Jump Rope), 2025

The praxinoscope is a pre-cinema optical toy invented in France in 1877 by Charles-Émile Reynaud. Viewers are invited to turn the bike pedal to animate the sculpture.

This sculpture was commissioned for the Carnival exhibition at Deitch Projects.
